The 70s are considered the birth of the fully-automatic coffee machine. Schaerer was among the pioneers who made an impact on the industry with the introduction of this innovative technology. Instead of having to carry out several individual preparation steps, the operator only had to press a button - and the desired coffee beverage flowed into the cup. This not only made the workday of restaurateurs much easier and enabled quicker preparation of hot beverages, but the easy handling of the fully-automatic coffee machines also paved the way for guests to serve themselves.
70년대는 전자동 커피기계의 탄생시기로 여겨집니다. 쉐러는 이러한 혁신적인 기술의 도입으로 업계에 영향을 준 개척자중 하나였습니다. 커피 추출을 위해 각각의 단계를 진행하는 대신 사용자가 버튼 하나만 눌러주면 원하는 커피메뉴가 컵 안에 추출 되는 거죠. 이러한 기술은 식당 운영자의 근무를 훨씬 쉽게 만들어 줄 뿐만이 아니라 뜨거운 음료의 준비시간을 단축시켜 주었고, 손님들이 직접 커피를 추출할 수 있는 길을 열어주었습니다.

The technological wonder from Schaerer also had a technological name: KM77. From then on, coffee grinders were integrated and the beans were no longer ground separately. At the press of a button, the automatic coffee machine poured coffee fresh from the bean to the cup, also making it ideal for guests to serve themselves.
쉐러의 이러한 기술적 경이로움은 KM77이라는 이름을 가지고 있습니다. 그 이후로부터 커피그라인더가 통합되어 더 이상 원두의 그라인딩이 별도로 분리되지 않게 되었습니다. 버튼을 누르면 전자동 머신에 담긴 원두가 신선한 커피로 컵에 담기게 되며, 손님들이 직접 커피를 맛 볼 수 있게 되었습니다.
